Remnant Construction Management Group Inc. (“Remnant CMG”), is a construction management firm located in Nashville, Tennessee, that offers a wide array of construction services to its clients. Founded in 2006, Remnant CMG has quickly built a reputation for operating with character, honor, and integrity, and for becoming an integral part of helping our clients accomplish their objectives.
Remnant CMG responds to our clients as a liaison, partner, and a broker of construction management services. We meet the demanding needs of our clients in the commercial construction market not only locally in Middle Tennessee but in surrounding counties and neighboring states. Our core business model is to provide management services of subcontractors specializing in general conditions and general trades’ for our clients on major commercial and government construction projects. We also provide project management, staff augmentation, and training and development.
Most recently, Remnant CMG partnered with Turner Universal which has been awarded project management responsibilities for the Nashville Convention Center – a project totaling an estimated $600 million and the largest single construction project in the State of Tennessee’s history. In November 2008, Remnant CMG completed work in general trades services as a certified minority partner for Balfour Beatty Construction on the new Nashville Metropolitan Transit Authority Bus Terminal totaling $54 million.
