President and CEO – Stephanie Beard
As the President and CEO of Remnant Construction Management Group Inc., Stephanie Beard has dedicated her talents and skills to building Remnant into a leading construction management firm of preeminent distinction. Remnant provides executive oversight and project strategic planning that seamlessly integrates with its clients business objectives.
Stephanie Beard has dedicated her life to serving the Nashville community. She demonstrates her commitment by seeking opportunities to collaborate and partner with construction firms that advocate responsible building techniques and who seeks to strengthens communities by providing employment opportunities for local skilled laborers.
In addition, Stephanie seeks to provide educational resources and teachings that stress her personal model for leadership; Servant Leadership. Her love for people inspires her service as a community and ministry leader. As the leader of her church, Living Word Community Church, women’s ministry she frequently encourage and inspire women within her church and community to pursue their dreams by providing spiritual, personal and leadership skills, as well as social guidance that will enable them to make responsible decisions.
She is a graduate of Belmont University’s Ministry program where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. Stephanie also attended Belmont University’s Scarlett Leadership Institute where she received her Mini-MBA certification. As an alumna, she remains active in the Belmont community by serving on the University College Alumni Committee that plans activities and mentors adult students. She also serves on several boards including the Brentwood YMCA and Martha O’Bryan Advisory Council and is an alumni member of Leadership Brentwood.
Having been featured in Society Life Magazine, Stephanie Beard is quickly developing a reputation of becoming one of the most inspiring female entrepreneurs and leaders in Middle Tennessee, surrounding counties, and neighboring states. She is married to Rodney E. Beard Sr., Senior Pastor of Living Word Community Church in Antioch, TN.
